What is the dress for the conference?

The Welcome Reception on Wednesday night is business causal, the Scribes dinner on Thursday night is business professional, and the Closing Dinner on Saturday night is business professional.  All other times are casual. 

What meals are not covered by the conference?

The conference covers all meals except Wednesday dinner and Friday dinner.

What excursions are planned for Friday?

There are several options for Friday afternoon.  The conference will have a shuttle running between the Cultural District (art museums), the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens, and the Fort Worth Zoo.  There will also be a shuttle running to the Stockyards where you can catch the Grapevine Vintage Railroad.  A tour of Cowboys Stadium has also been arranged (must pay in advance to secure your space).  There will also be a shuttle running from the Sheraton to the Stockyards Friday night.  Tickets for the Mark McKinney concert at Billy Bob's may be purchased in advance at the Registration Booth.

How do we get from the airport to the hotel?

The Sheraton does not offer a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.  However, there are several shuttle options. 

  -- City Shuttle (214-777-7777) -- $19/person each way
  -- Go Yellow Checker Shuttle (817-267-5150) -- $17/person each way (runs every 30 minutes and no reservation required)
  -- Supershuttle (817-329-2000) -- $17/person each way (when you arrive at the airport just call from a courtesy phone and let them know where you are)

If I am driving, where do I park?

The Sheraton offers parking at an additional cost.  You may also park in the law school parking lots off Calhoun St.
